Mahakama yaruhusu uchaguzi ya Simba kufanyika juni 29 mwaka huu.

BAADA ya mizengwe kugubika uchaguzi wa Simba sc , sasa kimeeleweka baada ya mahakamu kuu kuruhusu mchakato huo kuendelea kama kawaida.

Baadhi ya wanachama wa Simba walienda mahakama kuu wakihitaji chombo hicho cha dola kusimamisha uchaguzi wa Simba unaotarajia kufanyika juni 29 mwaka huu.

Sababu ya wanachama hao ilikuwa ni kupinga maamuzi ya kamati ya uchaguzi ya Simba, chini ya mwenyekiti wake, Wakili Damas Daniel Ndumbaro, kuliengua jina la aliyekuwa mgombe wa Urais, Michael Wambura kwa mara ya pili.
